The plasma panels and plasmoids are littered with 2x2 pixel spots that seem to
pick up random colors from other parts of the panel/plasmoid. The errors behave
like a constant semi-transparent overlay on top of the "correct" graphics (e.g.
manipulating the panel contents does not affect the corruption).

This is using an Nvidia GeForce
