Whenever an application shows a notification (in the attached screenshot,
Amarok) pops up a notification, a second "notification" like pop-up appears
showing the applications with recent notifications. This is totally useless,
especially if there is only one application. It takes up extra screen space and
makes it look like there are two different notifications, for no benefit. This
second Recent notifications "notification" should be dropped in this case.
