When reading long books with lots of chapters and sections, it's quite useful
to be able to collapse and expand the index tree. I would like to be able to do
right click on the index and see a contextual menu that would allow to expand
and collapse the index. It would also be nice to have these options in the View
menu too. This options are quite useful because you can collapse everything
easily and expand only those sections you are interested in, which will give
you a better overview of the parts you are interested in.
