The default is set in the editor, but the editor exposes no API to change that
default. I agree that inside of KDevelop katepart better used "Breakpoint" as
default.

About the shortcuts themselves: We are able to adjust kate-shortcuts from
inside kdevelop, thats why adymo implemented shortcut schemes. When KDevelop
installs one it'll override kates defaults.

I'm moving this to kate and adjust the title to make clear that we need an API
to change the default behaviour of the mark-sidebar.
