It would already help a lot, if KDE sites would generally allow to login via
OpenID. So users wouldn't have to create new accounts all the time. I don't
think we need to have our own OpenID provider for that. Actually it's a nice
feature that you can just some existing account like you Google account.

I don't know what the state of OpenID support in Bugzilla is, though.

Something like a central KDE user database which links users from different
sites together and allows to identify users across sites might be nice, but is
not necessary as OpenID provides part of that. This should be loosely coupled
and be a web service, not some direct database sharing.
