Created an attachment (id=38028)

Another Instance of Firefox having 2 taskbar entries while only 1 program is
running

I can also confirm that programs can have multiple taskbar entries which both
control 1 instance of a program. When you close the program, one of the
instances is left behind forever until logout or reattaching the taskbar
plasmoid.

I have spent a good hour trying to reproduce this bug, to no avail. After
giving up, it happened almost straight away and I couldn't figure out what
caused it, so I thought I'd screenshot and upload as well.
