Adds "snap to border" to desktopgrid effect, v2

This patch is an improved version of the last one, following suggestions from
Lucas Murray (thanks, Lucas): having only one moveWindow() with optional
parameters; having a snapAdjust to serve as a multiplier for the snap zone
options.

The desktopgrid now calls moveWindow with a snapAdjust based on the scale of
the screen being show. So in terms of pixels on the screen, the physical
distance of snap zones will be the same in desktopgrid as in the normal
desktop.
