The function should be merged with the other function resulting in one called:

EffectsHandler::moveWindow( EffectWindow* w, const QPoint& pos, bool snap =
false, double snapAdjust = 1.0 )

If `snap` is true then the adjusted geometry is used and the `snapAdjust` is
multiplied with the default snap distance to accommodate desktop scaling
(Desktop Grid might not want to use the full distance at final scale, e.g. only
1.5x when the desktops are scaled to 50% instead of 2x).

Other than that I like how simple it was. =)
