    Automatically remove destroyed EngineObserver pointers from observer list.

    This is supposed to fix BUG 209059, a crash on track change, apparently
    caused by a dangling pointer to a destroyed EngineObserver. I would
    have preferred using SmartPointerList here, but it wasn't suitable due
    to QObject requirement and multiple enheritance.

    Did I do this correctly? Code review and testing appreciated.
