Hi Smartinds,

It appears the version of kde is to up-to-date for quanta.

Quanta works with kde 3.5.10 and so you're getting that message, because its
likely you have the 4.3 version installed.

According to
http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/kdewebdev/kfilereplace/installation.html#getting-kfilereplace
the package is part of the kdewebdev package.

Try adding the kde 3.5.10 repository listed here
http://www.kde.org/info/3.5.10.php and see if you can see kdewebdev 3.5.10.
