Folder View is really great!

1. But I'm annoyed with the small preview window which popups when the mouse
hovers over folder. Is there a way to turn it off?
This preview window shows the content of the folder and hides the folder below
and it gets in the way. 

2. The names under the icons for files, folders etc are split into 2 rows in a
awfull manner. Would it be possible to customize this behaviour?
