No, actually you can specify _anything_ from the project tree there. Usually
you'd specify a directory or a target there. But not the build directory.

@Aleix: In fact, I think we should hide any builddirectories from the project
tree if we know about them.

See above, apparently its not yet clear to our users what they should put into
the list of things to be built. If you have any idea how to make it clearer
that you should select the directory/target that the executable needs to be
built, please let us know. I'd also like to mention that we're already planning
on auto-building the target you've chosen for execution - if you're using the
project-item version.
