well resizing in kwin is known to be slow with compositing enabled - which
isn't the case. So I think we have here a reoccurance of the old resize is slow
with NVIDIA bug. There should be some information on either techbase or
userbase how it could be possible to improve the situation.

But I think the best solution is to just disable the "show window content while
resizing option".
