The current behavior makes a lot of sense to me. I doubt that many people view
picture by picture all from top down, except in the case of scanned text. But
gwenview is not (primarily) a text reader. Why not choose the center instead?
Or the bottom? All of them are equally arbitrary. The only non-arbitrary
position is the one that I explicitly chose in the last picture. For picture
series that's a good starting point. I'd prefer to keep the current behavior,
but I'd not "object" to a configuration option.  :-)
