@Cyrille: There is nothing problematic in that log. It just has to combine all
the available information to see if the duchain for the file needs an update.

What might make it really slow is the fact that there is missing includes. If
there are missing includes recorded in the duchain, kdevelop checks at every
update whether it can maybe find those includes.

Searching for includes is a bit slow.
