I can confirm this with konqueror 4.3.00 and moonlight 1.0.30401.0
the plugin is not found in the plugin tab in konqueror settings, even after
setting the very directory where libmoonloader.so resides.
The plugin is ok in firefox.
It could be either a problem of konqueror or moonlight.
