Oh, and I almost forget it. I would like to note that KSelectActionPrivate
*d_ptr; is a protected attribute in KSelectAction. However,
KSelectActionPrivate is defined in kselectaction_p.h, but this file isn't
installed, so the attribute can't be used if extending KSelectAction from a
class not in kdeui/actions. I think that kselectaction_p.h should be installed
alongside with kselectaction.h.
