Also seen in 4.2.4 (arch linux, kdelibs 4.2.4-4)
I got rid of the task bar entry by restarting plasma. The bouncing cursor
stopped while typing this, 5-10 minutes after it started. KDE applications
running at the time it occured: amarok, kopete and konsole + various plasmoids.
I've been using kde since for ever, but this is the first time I've seen this
bug.
