This bug is nearly fixed, but there is one case when the resetting of the timer
does not work: When one starts typing again while a parse job is still active
the parser will not reset the timeout, but start again and again.
Comment of the master:

background parser timer, and when it is crunching files, it will also consider
the edited files again and again
