Dolphin does not appear to display previews for images of a small size (64x64
and below). Opening /usr/share/icons/oxygen/64x64/actions in dolphin doesn't
generate any pictures. Opening the 128x128 folder does give previews.

In folders where there are both large images, and small icons, only the small
icons are not displayed,
