I have the same problem.
I don't see any previews, as soon as I change the preview size to the smallest
value, all the prieviews are shown. When I increase the size of the preview
again, some previews disapear again.

Previews for files that were not visible while having preview size at the
smallest value, are not shown at all when increasing the preview size.
