Summary: hovering over a desktop link to a folder without
                    permission gives empty error window
           Product: plasma
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: SuSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: plasma-bugs@kde.org
        ReportedBy: kollix@aon.at

Version: (using KDE 4.2.96)
OS: Linux
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

I have the desktop using the folder view. On it there is a symlink to a folder
which I do not have access rights (e.g. a symlink to /root).

When hovering over that symlinked folder, a popup window is shown, which
contains nothing but a white-cross-on-red-background icon.

At least it should display some error text.
