Summary: access links threw java script program creates error
                    message
           Product: konqueror
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs@kde.org
        ReportedBy: jim.fulner@parrot.com

Version: 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2) (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu
packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22.18-co-0.7.4

I use a web based application written mostly in Java and PHP called "support
suite" When I use the Linux version of Konqueror while I'm responding to e-mail
with in the system i frequently get this error:

"XHMLHttpRequest Open Failed!
This can happen if the URL you are accessing the product from
(http://domain.com/support) is different than the one specified under Admin CP
> Settings > General (EX:
http://support.domain.com/). Due to limitations
of AJAX, The URL should be *exactly* the same
as specified under Product URL setting."

I do nothing different than I do when I'm using other browsers, such as Opera
and Mozilla Seamonkey, without any problems. As such the only thing I can
figure is a bug in Konqueror.

If you feel you can fix/test I can send you my user name and password if its
required. IRC nick DetroitLibertyPe
