If you have many many devices, and they can't fit in the eight of the Device
Notifier, it will add a scrollbar on the right.
But it simply won't scroll anything, because the paintEvent(QPaintEvent) in
notifierview.cpp doesn't read the vertical offset of the shown region of the
plasmoid.

I made a quick and dirty patch that, anyway, works.
