bt full output from gdb showing the QAction that is triggered gets 0 somehow

I'd also like to add that the correct reproduction steps are:

- start kdevelop4
- load 2 files
- Choose View->Folding->Collapse TopLevel
- Switch to other file
- Again choose View->Code Folding->Collapse TopLevel

Hmm, trying this in kate it works. So maybe kdevelop does something that
triggers this.. Re-Assigning back to kdevelop. Someone should look at
shell/mainwindow_p.cpp, in particular changeActiveView and see wether we run
fully through that method when switching tabs.
