Summary: journal - add draft/published states for blog posts
Product: korganizer
Version: unspecified
Platform: unspecified
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: wishlist
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: korganizer-devel@kde.org
ReportedBy: florian_staudacher@yahoo.de
Version: 4.3.0 pre (using 4.2.85 (KDE 4.2.85 (KDE 4.3 Beta1)),
Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.30-6-generic
It is great that Kontact provides the ability to publish blog posts via the
journal! I just have a little suggestion for that.
I for one like to create blog posts with only a headline or an additional link,
so that I can remember topics I'd like to write about in the near future. Then
I mark them as hidden/draft (depending on the blog-system) and when I have
enough time I write the text and publish them publicly.
It seems to me, that this feature is currently missing from the journal in
kontact (or at least from the blog-part of it). Oh, and so that you know, my
blog software (Typo3+timtab) publishes posts if they are in the future, too, so
that is not an option...
