The crash thread:
#5 0x00007f72cd3283e5 in ?? () from /usr/lib/libavcodec.so.52
#6 0x00007f72cd32876b in ?? () from /usr/lib/libavcodec.so.52
#7 0x00007f72cd3294ff in ?? () from /usr/lib/libavcodec.so.52
#8 0x00007f72cd1fa4b5 in avcodec_decode_audio2 () from
/usr/lib/libavcodec.so.52
#9 0x00007f72cdb22ffb in ?? () from
/usr/lib/xine/plugins/1.26/xineplug_decode_ff.so
#10 0x00007f72cf6311e4 in ?? () from /usr/lib/libxine.so.1

It looks like a crash when playing a specific file. Can you determine any
different(or special) music file that m3u list you dragged? Could you try to
manually load the files that contained that m3u list without drag&drop (just
normal load) ? Thanks

Anyways this is more like a crash in xine and libav(from ffmpeg) than an
Amarok/Phonon crash.
