I have the same problem accessing Affresco using webdavs.  It broke either in
4.2.1 or 4.2.2.  I tried following the instructions in
http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/Debugging_IOSlaves#How_to_get_debug_output
to get debug output but without any luck.
