It appears to be caused by a stale cookie. I was unable to reproduce this in
any other session, or in other browsers.

So I tried logging into the site again, and it worked as expected.

To all outward appearances I was still logged in, for instance I had been able
to attach the "action shot" with that session.

Something in that particular stage of the "wizard" is somewhat broken, because
if I filled in more than four words, it would also work correctly.
