Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

Open konqueror. Go to Preferences->Configure Konqueror->Configure
cookies->Policy, Select "Reject all cookies" (having them enabled) and accept.

Close konqueror. killall kded4, kstart kded4, open a blank konqueror

Go to Tools->HTML preferences->Cookies (as to enable them)
