That's true, but because it has an infinite supply of random moves, it can
remain stuck forever without dealing any new rows. Take game number 1257048846
(1 suit) for example. From the starting conditions, KPat can't tell if it can
be won or not, so it starts doing random moves. About 80% of the time it will
uncover enough cards to decide the game can be won, but 20 percent of the time
it will just sit there moving cards in endless cycles, even though there are
more deals available.

Maybe that is a separate issue, but it seemed related.
