I guess you are looking at mailody4 with the imap akonadi resource. If this is
correct, there is good news. the imap akonadi resource is currently be
rewritten by professionals, so this should be fixed in kde 4.3.0 if they manage
to finish it in time. Closing it as fixed for now.
