Hi 

From user it works fine , But from root when you pick the apps you want after
scan, then continue. It will create the directories  off of / 
these are:
Development/  Editors/ Graphics/ internet/ Multimedia/ etc 
Do not preach about using root :) Fact is its  a bit broken.
I was just testing a dvd and 4.2.68 in kvm so i really didn't care if I was in
root. Its also with 4.2.1 too. 
lemma on freenode tried it also ans same problem
