Update:
Some of the details above are incorrect. Actually, it is possible to view the
same document in two views.

However:
* I still can't find a way to move documents between open views.
* If one view is active, and you navigate (using e.g. Ctrl+Alt+O) to a file
that is open in a different view, the other view is activated. I would like the
other file to open in the current view.
* I can't find a keyboard shortcut (not even one that I can configure) to jump
between views.
