The problem here is in the reimplementation of mousePressEvent(QMouseEvent *)
is CollectionTreeView.cpp. I now that removing the reimplementation fixes the
problem (and the QPainter strings too), but I don't know how to fix this.

The only purpose of the mousePressEvent reimpl is to expand top level items in
the "Local Collection", but it kicks in into other places too (like Cool
Streams) where there is nothing to expand (top level items are actual tracks!).
