The zoom slider and the space information are only shown, if there is enough
horizontal space available. In your case I guess that the horizontal space on
your left side is just large enough so that both items are shown and on the
right size you might have less room because e. g. another status bar text is
shown. If you increase the window size, the sliders will be shown on both
sides.

I'm unsure now how to proceed with your report: I cannot show the widgets if
there is not enough room for them. Do you have a suggestion? Thanks!
