Not sure if it is related, but the "Open a new tab" and "Close the current tab"
widgets are now positioned differently also.... They sort of hang down and
overlap the top of the viewport. I think it may be related, since that started
at the same time that double-clicking the tab bar stopped working.

I will append a screenshot to show what I mean.
