ID box doesn't let you enter a username/password

Although this problem have been reported for KDE 3.4 , I now get the same
problem with KDE 4.2 with Mandriva Cooker. Until KDE 4.1, I did not have this
kind of problem : I have always been asked the password for my proxy server,
but now I'm not. In addition, the identification box in konqueror is greyed
out, see the attached image.
