Closing wish, it was committed in SVN by me, see:
http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=924467. This is KDE 4.3 by the way, so
your distro probably will not push it back for a while, unless you decide to
use project-neon.

Apparently accidental closing of tabs can occur with some users, so I plan on
implementing an undo close tab feature sometime in the near feature, hopefully
we won't get complaints until then.

Also note that currently, or prior to this commit, Dolphin did not do anything
with the middle-click on a tab, in the tab bar. The tab bar, and the location
bar are in two different places also, so this didn't make any other
functionality obsolete.
