Sometimes KRunner will take a very long time to open up. For example: Typing
Alt+F2, KRunner search bar appears relatively quickly, but then typing "gimp",
the "gi" is displayed but krunner is slowly expanding over the course of ten
seconds until it finally reaches it's height of 300 pixels, and not until them
are the final "mp" displayed.

All runners are turned off except applications, command line and web shortcuts.
Nothing else related to plasma is taking this long. All desktop effects are
turned off. The system is not under load.
