I don't understand how the potential code-completion relates to this bug. I
think it should be reopened and fixed. Moreover, I think it's severity is
higher than wishlist because this UI bug makes software unusable for periods
larger than a minute. Minimum count of typed characters should be set to invoke
ctags list generation along with minimum timeout. The values may be hardcoded:
3 chars and 500 ms.
