This is very odd.  When I click on the Knotes conduit I get a page with two
tabs: General and About.  The General tab offers just two choices: "Delete
Knote when Pilot memo is deleted" and "Suppress delete-confirmation in KNotes".
 Nothing at all about standard resources.  "About" says "KNotes Conduit for
KPilot 4.9.4-3510 (elsewhere)".  The conduit for ToDos doesn't have anything
for standard resources either.
