I've found the following bug in the Qt tracker which may be the issue:

It's Active status so someone may be working on it.  

Unfortunately, the Qt bug-tracker is a closed one and even less user-friendly
than bko :-)  You'll need to either create a new task or email
qt-bugs@trolltech.com and leave it up to them to manage it from there.  Please
mention this bug in any report, post here the Qt entry number if you are
assigned a new one, and post brief details of any info you find out.
