I'm not keen on the {Normal,Positive,Neutral,Negative}Text idea because
a/ it's not text ...
b/ it's not semantically correct. 'neutral' and 'normal' make no sense wrt
coverage ratios.

4-scale / gradient / 10% steps hmm hard to tell which would work best here.
These kind of things are easier to judge when actually implemented.

@dnolden:
- This should definitely go in a separate coverage config page. It's something
you typically change once and then never touch again. Adding this to the actual
toolview ui/menu seems wrong. Hopefully at some point plugins can be linked to
config pages such that only config for loaded plugins are shown.
- The percent-number is (obviously) shown already ;)
