I installed the Text Translation dashboard widget to test out support for the
OS X widgets. The widget is available here:
http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/calculate_convert/texttranslation.html

The combo box menus pop up in the wrong place. See the attachment below.

It my humble opinion looks like they are popped up in widget-local coordinates
without translating them to global coordinates. When the widget is flush in the
top left corner the menus are in the correct position. Regardless of the
widgets placement on the desktop the menus pop up at the same positions.
