I can start and read the remote calendar if I first remove all xmlrpc_* files
in /home/user/.kde4/share/apps/kcal/uidmaps

When I reload the calendar it crashed again, except I delete the file again
before reloading. But in this case there are some entries missing.

Perhaps this could help tracking this bug down.
