Konqueror also has in "information" widget in the toolbar: the search entry and
the URL entry. The latter also has an information element, when I select links
in the text, it get's updated. So it would be no usabability violation if
okular puts the "next page", "prev page" and "page number" elements into a
toolbar. The "page number" element could work like the URL element of
Konqueror: allow entry of page-numbers, but also automatically update.

kpdf from 3.5.x was WAY more screen estate for the page then okular from KDE
SVN currently has.
