With the new task manager you can't drag a file to a grouped task.

In KDE3 the tasks in the group popped up and you could drop the file onto the
specific task. With the new task applet this is not possible.

This makes it really hard to use Drag'n'Drop in many workflows. 
For example: I open Kontact, create a new mail and want to drag a file from
dolphin. Kontact and the new mail gets grouped and the user can not drop the
file on the mail window.
