still, zooming should be the default behavior for the mousewheel, mostly
because vertical scrolling doesn't make much sense for an app where the
"workspace" can be of any size and movement isn't limited to just up and down
(will you verticaly scroll in a 1400x400 image?) for that there's the pan tool.

also,  for not annoy those krita users already used to 1.6 (such as me! :D)
