I also have this problem, using KDE 4.1.2 (Debian Testing,
http://kde4.debian.net/).

1. Browse to any site with flash video
2. Wait a couple seconds
3. kwin locks up - can't change focus, can't close window, mouse is locked into
one cursor.

Alt+Tab'ing to an opened Konsole and `killall konqueror` fixes the problem (You
see a small window flash open before it is closed filled with the flash video
from nspluginviewer, I suspect).

Video works fine in Firefox and such.
